I have a nice 2brdm secluded house in Avondale that needs a couple moving into the main room. 20mins ride to work for me in Northcote.
$110 ea (not incl expenses). off street 2-car carport (1 in use by my bikes)
very nice section with lots of natives, probably could do with a bit of TLC if your into that stuff, small stream runs through front of property.
The place is pretty much fully furnished except for your room (couches, TV, fridge, washer, dryer etc)
walking distance to pack-n-save mt albert or avondale shops. railway and bus stops nearby. smoking outside, pets maybe, no cat door. suit prof couple.
move in asap, absolute latest 3 weeks from now.
pix coming, inspections welcome.

option 2, I need a room (or a whole new flat) I have a house load of furnishings which id like to bring with me but im not too worried if I have to sell some of it. I'd be interested in paying up to 130 if its a larger room. I am a 24yr old, Prof, non smoker, no pets.
