Read about Stefan Merriman on Silver Bullet - he has just won his 4th world championship. Shame he rides under the Aussie banner. http://www.silver-bullet.co.nz/news.php?id=3232&PHPSESSID=5794a8800106b5ed6f0d72d5d11f4874

This comes on top of him being the first place getter in the ISDE recently. A top performance all round.

At least Townley made the TV news - this one went without notice.

But hey, seems like the WR250F aint a bad bike eh!

He rode the 450 in ISDE though.

:Offtopic: and as a new kiwi champion is born, a South African champ career comes to an end. A friend of mine rides for Suzuki in SA, came off the GSXR1000 yesterday, last event of the season. His ankle was was crushed, wont walk for at least 6 months, and seeing he has all the young new riders biting for his title... he has bowed out graciously, and called his carreer over. Damn Shaun!! What an amazing run while it lasted.

Sorry but had to talk about it, am too proud not to say anything. :not:
