Hey. I've just won this auction: http://www.trademe.co.nz/Browse/Listing.aspx?id=115529146 (Dad's gonna be pissed...). I was wondering if anyone was heading toward Manfeild from Hamilton would be willing to pick these up? You'll get a go on it :woohoo:
Edit: the title should say Manfeild sorry. Unless someone is heading Hamilton to Wellington...

Bump. Don't want to keep the seller hanging for too long. Mainfreight estimated just one minimoto at costing $90

What'cha need another bike for Daniel?
And have you got those RG's sorted yet?
Your Viffer looked mint the other day from what I saw of it as I wheeled the tyre back to my car. BTW the bike goes reallly nice with the new tyre on.
I'd like to help you get it but I'm nowhere near any of those places. Good luck.

Parents have demanded that they get out of the garage, so I'm forced to sell them to a mate of mine. I haven't had any time to work on them since I got a girlfriend anyway (first time a girl has got in the way of bikes...).
Plus most of the $1500 I'm getting for them is going into getting brake disks for the VFR, getting the front cylinder shims sorted, paying back the parents after getting the VFR's rear shims and closed exhaust valve sorted, new bike pants, etc. I wanted one cool thing with the money, and I was looking for a minimoto or a paintball gun. Something to make getting rid of the RG's seem worthwhile, rather than just another thing the VFR consumes. Got to keep moral up! Better than focusing on my cheap bike with high k's and creaking frame turning into an expensive bike with high k's and creaking frame...
You obviously didn't noticed the several scratches I gave to it the day after getting it. Bottom fairing was off too.
Thanks :niceone:

Haha, anyone will be open to have a hoon on it. Not like if it fall it's the end of the world
Well I shouldn't have a problem taking it from Manfeild to Wellington anyway, several friends go that way, but thanks for letting me know there's someone else I can contact. It's just the Hamilton leg that I'm not sure about.
What transporters could I deal with? I'd be keen if it was depot to depot hoping it would be cheaper

She's great so I'm fine for now. Most of the VR's use is from going to see her and carting her around. The bike is required so she won't be influencing me into getting rid of it at this stage.
I've asked someone (they'll remain nameless in case they aren't keen) if he's keen to help me carry the bikes on the back of our bigger bikes, ala: http://www.kiwibiker.co.nz/forums/attachment.php?attachmentid=13285&d=1122342147
