Hi guys,
This is more an expression of interest than anything else.
Anyone with an '06 or '07 Blade will have no doubt discovered that the right hand side pillion peg is also used as a bracket to hold the plastic exhaust heat shield cover on. Not so long ago I tried to find someone selling a bracket so I could get rid of both pillion pegs and keep the plastic cover (or get a shiny carbon one (http://www.motorcycletoystore.com/sport/shop.php/carbon-fiber/carbon-fiber-works-exhaust-guards-honda-cbr1000rr-2004-2007-/p_1395.html)).
Except I couldn't find one anywhere. So I had Competition Engineering (http://www.kiwibiker.co.nz/forums/showthread.php?t=50390) in Takanini make one up for me. Laser-cut sheet alloy, anodised black. It practically looks factory, the finish is that good.
So, is there anyone with an '06 / '07 Blade who'd be interested in one of these brackets if I had more made up. Not sure of the price right now, but it wouldn't be too outrageous. Cheers :cool:
