Just who is this muppet? Twice now I've nearly been run off the road by this guy whilst lane-splitting (on SH2 near the interchange) and this morning he (could be a she) nearly took 3 of us out before riding up the hard shoulder flat out...ggrrrrrrr....

Nigel had spent the last year on kiwibiker being mocked and ridiculed for riding his GN250 to his job at the post office every day.
It wasn't his fault, he was a learner and couldn't afford anything fancier, and the upright riding position suited his bad back well.
Finally one day skidMark's goading became too much and something in Nigel's brain snapped.
His eyes narrowed, his chin thrust forward, his hands trembled with rage.
Helmet securely fastened, tank full of sensible 91, he mounted his weapon.
He'd kill em all.
. .

Not sure but I suspect it could be a certain very talented ex road racer who has won a number of national events, but now rides a GN.

I can't believe anyone who's raced could ever be that dangerous and inconsiderate though :shit:

I agree - almost wiped off the side mirror on my subbie and he was 'pretty quick' with it. :argh:

We have (in my opinion), almost hit each other a couple of times now, and its not because I am an inconsiderate cage driver in the mornings either!

I seriously doubt that. What self respecting ex racer endangers others.

And rides a GN250???

Kenny Roberts trains road racers on YZ80s (all about powerband and conservation of momentum).

Sounds like this guy is going to have it all go against him one day - hope he doesn't blame the other party...

That guys a flaming menace.

Plus I just don't like being overtaken by a GN.

I bet he works at a locksmith shop.

Oh man, is this guy still at it.

I thought he'd be cleaned up by now. I haven't done SH2 since May (I go over Haywards to the new job now).

With the notable exception of Fatjim, he's the only person who's ever cleaned me up on that road.

He's a worry all right.

I just bet he's a locksmith. :pinch:

I don't know this guy but I do know where he parks his bike (just next to work) on Thorndon Quay. I do not advocate any violence or anyone taking the law into their own hands, but I would be happy to pass on a letter of concern to the rider by way of affixing it to his bike.

Not that he would probably take a blind bit of notice :sunny: but that sounds like a damned good idea:first: as a starter for ten...:woohoo:

Its not that guy. Ive known him for 20 years and while he can ride amazingly fast on anything with two wheels he's not that crazy.
