Dear folks,
I am riding the Gixxer to Narawahia on Saturday. I will be putting out my own pace regardless of what others are doing but I will stop at the intersections and turn offs to show the way. People traveling faster than me will be advised of the route if they don't already know it. All bikes and paces are welcome. Please note the rules if you decide to join me.
RULES:
1) No binning.
2) No binning.
3) Have fun and enjoy the ride!
Seriously though, you will be taken care of if you do bin but please take care (I will too).
Leaving from Papakura Autobhan at 10:00 AM sharp! (Not kidding around, however text to 021 155 9376 if you are running late). I'll be there having a coffee from 9:30 AM.
NOTE: I WILL NOT BE RIDING IN CASE OF HEAVY SHOWERS ON THE DAY.

You can come with me to take on the liter gang on Sunday if you want, TS. I'll try and see if me and Bruce can get the vid cam fitted for then.
I am just wanting to know if I still know how to ride the GSXR on the road cause the Waikato rally is next weekend.

What is "binning"?When both wheels are not in contact with the ground for more than a significant period of time (just in case if some people decide to get airborne off the bumps and crests).

To attempt to reduce the dimentions and functionality of your bike until such point as it will fit, and belongs within the bounds of a wheelie bin.
Often preceeds a street fighter conversion or insurance claim.

I know it was a bit cloudy but sheeesh.
I was an hour late myself after getting a call from work and having to go an open up, then promptly getting lost at Tuakau :o
How many times do i have to do this ride before i actually remember where to go?
Anyway met MR and Marmoot at Naruwahia BP for lunch in the sun!!!!!
Took some glamour shots of Sudeep (bloody show off) then back on our way up 22.
Cheers guys

As Chris said, the ride went quite well considering the awful morning weather we had.
About 30 KBers showed up for the ride although not at the same time. 20 KBers went out from Autobahn at about 100am, went through Aparimu (?) and Hunua to Mercer and SH220 to Ngaruawahia. Beautiful weather and golden sunny day that couldn't be better.
10 KBers showed up about 150minutes after the earlier party stopped at Ngaruawahia.
To cut story short, all came back through the same way but somehow some parts of the SH220 was wet.
Im not really good as a journalist, aye?
