Wheel polishing/painting?

I want to have my wheels colour coded in the center & polished on the rims. Anyone know who can do this properly? The bikes a Bandit 06

Brugar Engineering in barrys point road do wheel repairs, so should be able either do the job for you, or point you to who ever does their paint work.
