No he wasn't... everyone saw through it and he was sentenced as a "P" head killer and sent to a prison, not an asylum... Yes, I stand corrected, I misread the item, (shoot me I admit it) it will be interesting what the 'suppressed' reasoning is that may not have caused a fair trial. Just need to be found guilty correctly is my point.

The Court of Appeal suppressed the reasons for its decision.


If there is something wrong with the conviction I see nothing wrong in a second trial. With luck he'll get a longer non parole period.
