Bloody back keeps screwing up my nigh nighs. Nearly twelve mths of being poked and prodded, humming and hahring from a full range of specialists. X-Rays, MRI, and physio etc and still it continues.
Anti inflammatries help a bit, but can rip ya guts up.
Latest theory is some cushioning surface out on the wing bone part of L2-L3 vert is worn, and won't be getting any better. Great, looks like I'm gunna be one of those grumpy buggers that people avoid.
Poor Kanny, she must have the patience of a saint.
Rant over. Wheres those pills.......

Haha, might have to get a witching hour hobby too. Had a big feed, lined my guts, and dropped some pills.
I'm a wuss compared with some on line,(IL4, Shaun etc), but sometimes its nice to have a wee grizzle:baby:

I'll PM you on what worked for me but long story short I found Glucosamine pills worked for me.

And I'm the sceptic-from-hell-believe-nothing type.

I'm a cynical sceptic also. But think about acupuncture also - god knows how it works or whether its placebo affect but it did wonders for me.

Glucosamine sounds like a good idea SD.

"Sleep Deprevation" also impairs spelling (deprivation) ;) Try relaxation techniques (tapes available) or learn meditation (Transcendental med is best, but costs)
