Lift the visor up one notch. When on the move, it will defog. On the motorway, shut it, and it will defog due to the increased amount of airflow. That's what I did with my old helmet.
The new one doesn't fog up at all

Go to a bike shop. They have a million products to help. Pinlock inserts, cat crap, etc etc.
Better still, learn how to use the search function and find the MILLION THREADS that already exist on this topic. I'm serious, a million threads. Maybe more. Yeah.

There are products on the market to help fix this issue. My favourite is Cat Crap. Not my favourite because it works the best, but just because of the name! :D Costs about $10 for a little tub that will last a lifetime. Smear it on the inside of the visor, polish off and hey presto! no more fogging! Needs to be reapplied regularly though.

That was my thought too, I am imagining him sitting in the lounge watching TV in all the new gear, scaring the cat and getting so excited over all the new-ness of it all the visor is steaming up. Glad it's not just me lol.

Once again, jim beats me to it. Next time you're over this way I'll give you a pot of 'Cat Crap'. I haven't used it, but my customers swear by it.

Put some neat washing up liquid on a tissue and thinly smear it insde you visor.
Hey Presto! Cheap anti fogging.
Whilst I am at it... another tip.
To save wasting toilet paper, when you go for a pooh.
You can clean your glasses with the paper you are going to use to wipe your bum.
It is really important to clean your glasses BEFORE you pooh and not the other way around.

I assume I can do the same with contact lenses, making sure I get the correct sequence, poo second, clean first.
