Either a mobile beer fridge - cruise around Mount Maunganui selling beer in the summer...?
Or
An Ice cream bike... same deal... possibly more legal... anyone remember Cheech and Chong?

Rip the 50cc engine out and replace it with something torquey. Like a TL1000 engine. Beef up the suspension and load it up with beer and pizza and you will be the envy of all.

My flate mate was doing Reno work at a "HELLS PIZZA" in auckland and they had one sitting out the back of the shop.
It was from the "Melt' pizza group.
Long story short they didn't what it and my flate mate being a bit of a horder.
he snapped it up and rode it home.
it was first white, so we gave it the gloss black repaint.:niceone:
heaps of fun to ride around in but felt like the roof was going to fall off around every corner.
But a real hoot.
Flicked it off on trade me last year.
