ok quick update

someone (well me) forgot to apply for a mnz permit

so that means if you do not have a mnz licence you will not have to pay for a day licence, if you want to try out racing at mercer come down and have a ride

all other things will stay the same

Well the day turned out to be realy good, and i reackonthe track held up realy well for the amount of traffic that it had.
My highlite of the day would have been trying to keep up with Tony Cooksley:chase: even if he was lapping me at the time
And also watching Kathrine:drool: mixing it with the big boys and holding her own.
May i ask their was a guy on a yzf250-450 not sure, but he had the letter "D" on his number board, couldn't figure out who he was? any idears.
He was realy flying in the top class.

that would have been hamish dobbyn, and he was certainly railing those corners. He was giving Darryl King a good workout

yeah it was Hamish (hes from warkworth), we put him into the pros after he was 6 seconds clear of everyone in the 1st junior race,

he went well in the pro race, fell off with a couple of laps to go

it was damian king chasing him, not darryl,

was not as quick in the last race, i think the 20 minute races got to him,

he went better than i expected in that pro class

Watched him fall off trying to go around somebody in a one line rut.
Fell off and that was it for him, pulled out of the race as he had just got passed buy the 250 2t running secound.
