nationals accomidation

hi guys just wondering what every one was doin for accomidation down in the south island in january. this is my first time traveling down to do the complete nationals and im running on quite a tight budjet so i was just wondering if any one could point me in the rite direction or even better would anyone be able to put me up for a couple nights ?? could work out for some one needing accomidation up north as we have lots ov room in the shed and a few spair rooms
