View Full Version : Hawkes Bay: Basic maintenance evening
MSTRS
17th September 2007, 17:41
We all know that once daylight saving is here, we will resume our Wednesday evening rides (will dredge up the old thread later).
HOWEVER, for the first one (Oct 3) a spanner night would be the go...
Our place 5.30. Bring your bike, questions, expertise, whatever.
We will be covering the sorts of things that all motorcyclists should know/be able to do for themselves.
YT and I also suggest that to make life easy, we do a shared F+C or pizza meal.

Not looking to start a witch hunt, but was not good advice. Just reading the back of the oil pack will usually tell you what it's for.

SHould i lift my toolbox from work and bring it along for you guys? just to make sure we have all the tools covered? i have some bigger ring/open end spanners for axle nuts etc instead of Cresents (Aka nut-f*ckers), screwdriver set etc?
