Brief overview..
Cambridge/Kihikihi/Arapuni/Old Taupo Rd/Tokoroa(RefuelStop)/Mangakino/Maungatautari/back to Cambridge.

Meet/starting point will be at School Carpark in Cambridge on Lamb street. (see map weblink) around 9.45am- leave 10am.

I'm a 250cc rider, haven't been on a proper group ride yet. Would be good to get a group of 5 or so, and with some
experienced riders who might want to come along and of course other 250cc riders, be good to have some feedback on where i am with my riding skills. I'm overdue for me restricted but can't afford it at the mo.

Weather forecast:
At this stage: Sunday
"North Island, rain at times over the northern half and a few showers elsewhere."

If it turns out to be really crap weather (ie. lots of rain/wind), then i probably will postbone ride to another weekend. If that is the case I will post an update here if its canceled, otherwise assume its still on.

damn I would love to, however I'm off to Whakatane in a cage this weekend. Mid week rides for the next 2 weeks would be great, as I'm holiday, yay for school holidays.:niceone:

Looks like a nice trip :) I wouldn't have minded coming along, pity I don't have more time on Sunday and you're not closer.

Will postbone this ride, due to no numbers and the weather isnt the best.
Is it better to post a group ride a week in advance?

However anybody who has this Thursday or Friday 27-28th sept free, im thinking of doing this ride on which ever day has the best weather and who's available. Oldfella is keen for a midweek ride anyone else? same time(can change to accommodate) and route.

I *should* have nothing to do on Sunday, if you change the date ... could be keen :D
