There's no easy way. You either suck it up, or be a poof and don't ride when/where your bike can get dirty.
My bike's for riding. I do clean it sometimes, but it's kind of a waste of time when it'll just get dirty again. Using waxes and things that'll help keep the dirt off helps; I use wash'n'wax, and treat the plastic bits with Plexus (although Pledge is better).

I use ACF-50 fantastic stuff. It is an anti-corrosion and water repellent lube that was designed for aircraft engines and protects for months. far better than any other WD40 type sprays.

You don't need to polish your bike very often to keep it clean - I do mine every 1,500km or so. If I go really overboard I will put Vulcaniser on the black plastic bits and polish the wheels. I always use a soft toothbrush to remove any polish that gets stuck around the decals etc.

Whenever I come back from a ride, I give the bike a quick wash using boiling water and Armour All wash and wax. Afterwards, I dry it off with a chamois and it looks mint again.
