That's where canadian immigration laws make a lot of sense...a moron like that wouldn't have been permited into the country!

Thank god for that. At least his passenger didn't die although she was stupid enough to get in a car with a drunk driver.

Sorry honeybunch, I was failing miserably at the (apparently) womanly capacity to multitask at time riding the article... :D (was also on the phone at the time)

I thought we were talking about an Oz man having immigrated to Kiwiland...

Niiice.

Although I am surprised that his mothers 1996 Nissan Bluebird could do 221km/h.

I suspect it was a misprint. The Bluebird's are a good car, but I've never seen one that could do 220km/h! Not standard, anyway!

More likely he was doing 120, still fast enough to kill. At 221, I doubt the girlfriend would have survived...

Yes, that caught my eye too. I'd imagine a 'bird would top out at 180 or so on a very good day.

I'm guessing misprint from 121.

Other than an imprint of the needle on the speedo face, how would they know how fast it was going?

Edit: I spose it was going just fast enough...

Crash investigators have all sorts of interesting ways of calculating speeds by measuring skid marks and how far the car skidded on what surface before it came to a stop, whether it rolled or etc etc. It is interesting.

...calculating speeds by measuring skid marks ....
Police report: Hmmm, SkidMark is 172cm tall, must have been going fast by his very nature, let's say 200kph then.

There was a man killed in his car down the road from my home a few weeks ago.
He was an illegal immigrant who abused children in this country - and they were still having trouble deporting him.

Apparently he over took and went head on into a truck
No one went to the funeral

I wonder if they can measure how much you shit yourself during an accident,by measuring the skidmarks in your undies!!:shake:

My last close call would've been around 250mm long and dark in colour!:wari::banana:
