gncc 2007/2008

Well this will be my secound time doing the GNCC so hopeing on bettering my last years placeing in the clubmans class.
i was placed
Clubmans 21-29 =16th
Clubmans Under 200cc 2 stroke & UNDER 300CC 4 stroke = 36th
Clubmans Overall = 83rd
And i only did 2 of the 5 rounds. so im pretty happy.:2thumbsup
( just got my certificate in the mail from the 2006/2007 series)

Well a few things have changed this time around from the last time.
These include:

ALL RIDING will be on the saturday.
Rescheduling locations to fit the prevailing weater
Rescheduling events to avoid conficts for many riders

Dates for the 2007/2008 sreies are:

Round 1= Woodhill forest-Auckland- sat 13th october 2007
Round 2= Matamata- Bay of Plenty- sat 3rd November 2007
Round 3= Tauranga- Bat of Planty- sat 1st December 2007
Round 4= Maramarua- North Waikato- sat 5th January 2008
Round 5= Waimhia- South Waikato- sat 26th February 2008

The new Saturday race times are:

*Youth & Rookie Ladies = 9am
*Clubman, Rookies, Classics & Ladies =11am
*Expert, Pro & Elite =2.30pm

Im hitting the trails and the MX tracks heaps lately so im hopefully going to be fighting fit to better my places from last year.
Will most likely be doing the first 4 rounds as one of the 5 does not count. and Waimhia was just a crap ride last year:angry2:.

Yeah i'm planning on doing the series this year, but I might have to give the first round a miss as I have to get the new bike setup and run in and i'm running out of time, but I will defiantely be at the second round in Matata.
