Some of you might remember a while back I posted a thread about a Radio Hauraki DJ bleating about a biker having ago at him for doing something very stupid.Well I was listening to Hauraki again this morning and I hear the same DJ talking about traffic accidents.
It seems this wank has never had an accident in his life, apart them some motorcyclist that plowed into the side of his car.(But that don't count right)
Well maybe. His words not mine :angry2:
Danm I gott'a get a disc player for the truck.

radio hauraki is so good, I hate listening to commercials continuously and there's only so much I can stand of "the edge", at least I'm familiar with the music played on hauraki, the problem is we can't pick the signal up here, so I listen to newstalk zb mainly. If you want to listen to offensive opiniated gits I recommend newstalk zb lol!!!

the B have kept me sanish. I listen to some other radio stations sometimes (the boys moan otherwise, bloody rednecks) and the playlists get memorised after awhile or they thrash a song so hard you hate it (hauraki and the edge). With the B u never know what might happen (bring back hugh!!!) and micke when hes not been an ars is funny :D

I totally second that!
The Rock does play a lot of songs that noone has heard of, but have nice guitar solos in them, but I wish that they would have less ads.
And down here in Upper Hutt, we get crap all reception! And with everyone in my class's going nuts over the Edge, it is unbearable. I swear I heard the same song twice in one lesson (1 hour)

I hate adds and DJ,I just want the music without the crap.I listened to Cool Blue until it was recently dropped - I like jazz, blues all the weird shit they played. Now I have Coast on at work and often in the car,jazz,crooners,40s,50s,60s,I may flip to Hauraki for some rock or Solid Gold - I just keep moving on when I hear a DJ or adds - it's music or I turn it off!

i work in a loud environment. wear earmuffs all shift. you tend to miss a lot of the banter anyways strangely the earmuffs filter out more of the background noise making the radio easier to hear. i do get sick of the one funny part of the banter that week being repeated 5000 times a day. the highlight has to be Kacey Kasems, oops Rick Dees american top 40. makes a good change and its only on once a week.

Yeah, thats the difference with the B 3dimentional DJ's instead of the cardboard cut-outs of most radio stations.

Anyone listen to More FM? It's either that, or Radio Hauraki for me. And I HAVE to have music to listen to while I work, all alone I might add. (I felt so strongly I bought my own stereo for work - another up side, I get to choose the station :D )
Are you talking about the hosts or the great unwashed that call in?
