Hey does anyone have the "pocketMac" software? Allows my mac to sync with my pocket pc.

Only got PC software disks, and need to be able to sync it with my iMac.. or at least exchange data and use the internet connection.

Cheers

Best you can do is follow the links. (http://www.google.com/search?q=activesync+for+macintosh&ie=utf-8&oe=utf-8&aq=t&rls=org.mozilla:en-US:official&client=firefox-a) Hopefully something there wil help.

What are programs are you trying to sync with it?

Is it an iPaq? They actually have a problem with the bluetooth stack...and refused to fix it as only ~1% of the programs used it in the way that caused the problem (unfortunatly sometimes thats the only way of using it)

Go the Dell X51v...best PPC out there.

Missing Sync 4.0 has done the trick but I still cant seem to send files using bluetooth?

Even if another cell phone tries to send it just says "service not supported".

They only way I can get files onto it using my mac is too drag them into the sync program and then hit send. This program syncs using bluetooth.

I have a Jornada and a couple of CD's full of Pocket PC software that I've never bothered looking through.
I know there are a bunch of sync programs amongst them but what version of Pocket PC software do you have?
I'd be happy to give you a copy of the lot if they are useful; mainly shareware and freeware

pm me if you're interested
