I've got another one along the same lines as this but much grosser, too gross probably for here. Speaking of gross I posted a picture to my gallery the other day showing a biker that crashed into a drain and got a huge fence post stuck firmly up his arse. I was going to post it on the forum but it was deleted before I got around to it so I guess that one is just too gross for here too.
