I need a weilder

Hi everyone. I notice that the brace from my givi bags has a split on one side. I dunno much but it looks like it could be weilded. Anyone know any place near panmure roundabout that I could run her down too.

There is an engineering shop along Morrin Road, or I could have a look at it.
