View Full Version : Auckland - Warning for anyone planning on riding up 'old north' to Wellsford (7 Oct)

Anyone planning on going for a ride up north today might like to plan another route.

El vagina del jengibre and one of his mates are running a tag team double in a marked car and an unmarked car (or they were an hour or so ago).

They let me off with a warning. Possibly they were in a good mood - basking in the afterglow of hoiking all four licences off a group of four guys a few minutes before.

They enjoyed it so much, they wanted to see if they could get some sloppy seconds. When they left me, they were planning on going back to see if they could catch the same guys riding back into town without their licences (the guys weren't that dumb. They were planning on waiting on the side of the road for their mate with a tralier when I went past and stopped to have a word).

Lots of bikes out and about up there. Hope those four guys were the only ones who got pulled.

You would probably find that too taxing anyway! (lol) :devil2: John.

"When I saw you driving down the road, I guessed 73 at least."

"You're wrong, officer, it's only my hat that makes me look that old."

Oh, scummy, you are a wag.

Old north wouldn't be any good for you anyway. Although I have it on good authority that a harley once managed to make it up to 100 kmh, old north has these things we call 'corners' (look it up).
