I know what it feels like to fall off your bike in a paddock it hurts your body a little it hurts your ego a lot but for the first few times anyway
I don't know what it feels like to hit the Tarmac I do intend to never find out
But from what I hear and have seen it hurts your body a lot and your ego aswell
One thing I do know is how much it hurts to watch your bike slowly roll on its stand on basically flat ground and slam dunk itself against your driveway
OMG does that hurt the Ego but not the body
Would post the pic's of broken bar, Crutch lever, Mirror, Indicator lens and minot scratches on fairing and rear quarter but alas the pc won't read my XD cad today and can't find the cable

Mate I did the same thing when my GN was newish, bike wasn't as shiny as yours, would be gutted if it had happened to my gpx. Having fallen off mountain bikes at 40-50 km/hr I have also have an appreciation for crashing on things two wheeled.
Was turning the bike around on its stand (handy trick at my fishing spot where bike is parked at the end of a narrow tunnel). No neutral light on so thought it was in gear, it wasn't, bike rolled forward, I was still holding it so tried to stop it, I didn't, went over with bike and dislocated my shoulder. It was no more golf for a while.

 Ahh the joys of owning a bike ... :o Just wait till you one day wear your helmet and boots and gloves and start riding... only till you realise you haven't worn anything else! :eek5:
And why is it we care more for the bike then when something like that happens to a cage? :msn-wink:
