Can anyone tell me if money counting machines need to have some type of certification for accuracy?? If so what is it and where can I find the regulations. Any info on this would be very helpfull.

Go to your nearest branch and ask. I would be most surprised if these machines weren't regularly audited, calibrated and certified free from imported pests and diseases...
