We will be making custom made earplugs at BBTs this year.

Made on the spot from hypoallergenic, medical silicone these earplugs are comfortable, reusable, reliable and waterproof.

They have an Aust/NZ Std Grade 4 rating (to 40dB) and are suitable under helmets (motorcycle and welding), industrial workshops, home handyman, builders, garden maintenance contractors, surfers, swimmers, shooters, musos, concert goers, shift workers and partners of snorers. A miriad of uses......... for a $70 outlay, the earplugs will give you confident hearing protection for years.

Or for $220, get the earplugs fitted with quality wires for ipods, mp3s, handsfree kits, security guard connections, joggers who require plugs to stay 'put' during running sessions.

See you there!! Make the most of the moment, come visit us and have your questions answered.

do these earplugs come with the speakers/earbuds in the mould or the wires so you connect them to an existing set of earbud speakers which sit within the moulded earplug? if it has the speakers pre-moulded into the plugs do you have specs of the speakers you use?

Phew!!!! There are so many fittings out there on the market...... it's a logistical nightmare to stock all fittings. We import the wires which have a standard male fitting. May I suggest you make contact with our parent company on www.earmold.com.au and ask Ray about the specs. There is also a picture on the site showing the type of wires we import and fit into the earplugs (which we make to fit your ears, prior to wiring). The process for wired earplugs normally takes about 30 minutes. The earplugs 'cut' out all external sound and you get absolute clarity (dependent on the source) piped directly into the ear. Every set of earplugs we have made, wired or not, have received fabulous feedback, no complaints. Maybe you might like to start a poll for those who own wired plugs already. Cheers Sue 027 659 1583

How many ears have you got? Price sounds higher than what you pay for foamies? But you get what you pay for. Grant has had one of his sets of plugs for almost 18 years and he's worn them almost everyday in an industrial workshop, plus competition shooting and under his helmet when we were touring. They're the most comfortable, reliable, reusable type of hearing protection you can get (not that we're biased!!!). Check out our website, www.earmold.com.au for more info. Cheers Sue 027 659 1583

Oh yea, you get one pair of earplugs (one for each ear) in a colour of your choice for $70.

With 3 sets of earplugs (in case the little woman loses one for him) he can swap plugs like a chain smoker:) can only be good for business. Can't wait to meet these ears. Cheers Sue

Are there any riders who want earplugs and not intending to attend Big Boys Toys? We will be in Auckland on the Thursday night if you wish to meet us at our motel....... BBT finishes too late on the other nights to meet outside the hours.

.... looking forward to catching up with you all at Big Boys Toys in Auckland next week. Make the most out of this summer's riding season, enjoy the true 'noise' at the racing events - hear the motors without the crowd sound:) Thousands of Aussie riders can't be wrong - and the word is getting around NZ by those who already enjoy the 'no wind noise' on their touring rides. We wont be back in Auckland until the Classics at Pukekohe in 2008. Cheers Sue

Glad to 'plug' and talk with many KBers at BBTs over the weekend. Found out at the last minute that we had been supplied with six free tickets - couldn't find five people to give em to at such a late stage. Good on ya Shane for claiming one, great to meet you (and your ears). Ride safe:) If anyone missed out being plugged, contact us and we'll text you next time we're heading your way. We always carry the plug wagon with us, cheers Sue 027 659 1583
