Is it a rumour? Could it be true?

Performance Bikes seem to think so...

I think I like it.

hmm, looks alot like a 'busa that's been on a crash diet!
don't mind the tank & rear; front is too 'bottom heavy' and 'little up top'.

still, wouldn't say no!

The thing I really liked about my RF was the space to rack up gear for trips and a good seating postion for 2 for distance, Those look like they are called an RF because of the grills on the side.

Yep looks more like a GSXR in concept not a sport tourer like the RF was.

I like the Ducati arse. Not sure about the Busa front though....

Well initial reaction was "holy shit, fucking awesome"

But actually looking at the arse on that thing... it's so skinny, bah@new models and skinny asses. I was hoping it'd still be a nice fatty sports tour.

but it's still not a bad looking bike tho (better than a porky pig busa)

It's got grills that doesn't make it a RF. The Bandit 1250 is true to the sports tourer theme whereas the bike shown above (while very nice looking) seems to be just another sports bike. I'll reserve my decision until more is known...

I don't mind it, waiting to see it in the flesh...

Not too sure I'd take anything printed in PB seriously these days, but that would be an interesting machine to ride.

Not sure that it would make a lot of sense for Suzuki to produce a bike like this. I reckon it would be more practical for them to put a full fairing on the new 1250 Bandit, rather like their 650 for the US market.

I like the look of it but the utility comes into question. I like the bike double seat and the space for hard luggage on the back.

That said - don't knock it till ya try it...

I hope thet have the same problems as the first lot of RFs too... no-one wanted them so they dumped them cheap on NZ...

Bunch of Jap guys at Suzuki standing around and staring into the soon to be obsolete parts bin.. Hmm what could we turn this lot into? They've done it before and with good effect as the Bandit series is still a big hit.

I liike it.... but does the tail section have a bit of an 05 Fireblade/CBR600RR look to it (the vents in the side)? ....also the rear-hugger is very reminiscent of the hugger on a 800cc MotoGP Honda.

Lets face it, you can really only tell wjhat a bike looks like when you see a pic of someone riding it eh?

Looks like a photoshop. Is it photoshoped?

Speaking as a Photoshop artist and retoucher with some years experience I'd say its a retouch.

I'm not convinced its real, however it looks interesting.

There's something very Desmocedici about it....

Well, it is in some way. The EXIF header data contains the string `Adobe Photoshop CS3 Macintosh'. However that doesn't mean much -- those photos didn't get lined up in a grid with that logo by themselves.

I wouldn't be surprised if the bike manufacturers use Photoshop or similar tools to quickly sketch their ideas anyway.

Now you're talking - I've been saying that for years.

Don't like it - just a GSX-R with different clothes. My old RF was a great sports tourer.

I bet ya that ain't no revision of a RF900...looks like a MOTOgp replica of sorts I think...maybe a gsv-r800??? fuck knows...but the thin seat and and no pillion provisions count out it being a sports tourer in my humble opinion...

I realise it has rf1000r writin on the side of it...but judging by the fact that the other stickers don't seem to follow with the contour of the bike...I'm thinking may be its just a photo shop special??

Fake, looks uncomfortable and fairly pointless. I can't see where it would fit into Suzuki's product line.
