Strictly not an 'MV' concept bike, but styled by Philip Starck, he also did the Aprilia 6.5. No idea what he was trying to do with the Brutale......:doh:.......hate it

Beauty is definately in the eye of the beholder - I think it looks way better than the Brutale.

But its still nowhere as sweet as the 1000S

Still, I like the LED lights (just not how they have used them here) - Im sure in time to come we will see more and more of them on bikes.

Do you mean a MT-01? I've always found that bike interesting too but way too expensive. Funnily enough, Yamaha I think have finaly realized this and dropped the price to (don't quote me but i think this is right) $19k which is closer to being a sane asking price.

Honestly if you're gonna wait till 09 for a new Yamaha, get THIS (http://www.raptorsandrockets.com/images/Yamaha/Yamaha_new_V_Max_rr.JPG) one.

Headlight and seat are photoshop job so hopefully wont see that ugly light on it in the flesh.

Yeah this is one mean bike, pity they did'nt stick strictly to the original concept around the headlight and clutch cover though. If that is the final headlight i'd rip it off and put a FZ1N headlight on it.

Have to admit i do like the new (and the old max).
The old ones were good for turbo'ing too.
But i still reckon yamaha should have got 'Lazereth' on the side for the design of the new vmax - that guy is a legend.
Whats the eta for the new vmax.
Also i notice the bking is comming!!!!
