Double Green Reputation Box?

Anyone notice the double green reputation box next to Hitchers name? I'm guessing he got a whole lotta positive feedback from his trip write up :) and too right! Nice one hitcher. I'll be printing it and following it when I go down south.

Or am I wrong? Definitely possible, and only Hitcher can confirm.

Do you get the second green box after you go over 100 and head towards 200, or is it after you pass 200, in which you would then be into your 3 hundredth lot of positive reputation points.
