Where do I buy good tyres in CHCH?

Hey all,

I have a Suzuki GN250 and people keep telling me its stock tyres aren't good enough.

I'm new to CHCH and even newer to motorbiking.

Where in Christchurch can I buy good tyres that will be safe for commuting in the dry and the wet?

What type of tyres do you recommend?

Pop into cycle treads on Manchester street near moorhouse end, they'll sort you out no worries i'm sure. Motorbike tyre specialists :) :2thumbsup

And yeah as a general rule, tyres that come on the bikes are often complete rubbish shinko or random brands like 'golden boy' hard rubber and very little grip - not good.
