Thats some sweet riding dude! But these pics beg the question and sorry to be kill joy but if you can afford a '05 CBR600 to do this sort of riding with don't you think you could afford a leather or at least a textile jacket? (and pants) Your at some risk of falling of anytime you get on a bike let alone riding one in this manor and should you come off riding in a T-shirt it wont be funny!

Yeah, isn't that something about stunt-points or something... the less protective gear you're wearing, the more "stylish" the trick is marked?

Whatever, ask my mate who just popped down to the bakery from work and woke up in hospital, two months later and he still cant ride his bike and the infection in his knee is only just coming right now, had he been wearing what he should have been he would'nt have spent 7 weeks on ACC! Hmmm, THINK about it...
Ten foot tall and bullet proof does'nt exist, otherwise Rossi and co would be thier bikes in a T-shirt, shorts and a pair of jandals.:done:

I think what Kevmo7 is trying to put across is that older touring riders tend to go for the Cordura look, just as the younger hooligan knee-down racers go for one-piece leathers look and stunters go for the vest, jeans, skater shoes, MX gloves and no armored protection look... yeah, it may not be as safe as a full set of above-mentioned cordura or leathers, but that's what they choose to wear...

Look at it from a different perspective... you wouldn't go dressed up in crotchless chaps and a cowboy hat to a rave? No, you'd dress yourself in overly colourful vest or anything that looks good under a UV light, shorts and fancy shoes with metres and metres of that stupid glow-in-the-dark bracelets and things like that.

Have you seen me?! the answer to that is A: I would go to a rave. B: If anyone ever catches sight of me dressed in anything like what you've described you have my permission to shoot me!

So all the Wallys up here that can't ride for shit or can't stunt for shit, get max stunt points anyway cause they are cool cause they risk it in shorts jandles and T-shirts? If that's what stunting is all about, I can't be bothered watching.
I'll go and watch some "boring" Dude or Dudette wearing full body cover doing "boring old" tricks like a "high chair" or a "360deg burn out with no foot on the ground" instead (might even pay ta see those guys and girls in action).
Think we need ta think real hard about what makes the difference between real "stunting" and a "Darwin award contending"

lets be honest. stunting doing circle wheelies and shit at low speeds a tshirt and gloves (and if it were me knee armour) would be fine.
for kaining down the motorway at 200+ on the back wheel your dead anyway if u mess up.

My point probably didn't come across very well, so I'll state it very clearly... They choose to ride the bikes they ride,
they choose to ride the bikes they chose to ride in the way they choose to ride,
and they choose to wear whatever gear they feel like while they ride the way they ride on the bikes they choose to ride.

Maybe so but the tax payer doesn't get a choice on whether they're want to pay for their "repairs" or not.

I get your point, and it's still stupid to ride your motorcycle without reasonable protection, maybe when one of you "cool" guys are in hospital being put back together with my tax paid dollar you may come to realize my point!

yes cool pics (camera work I mean) and talented riding if you're into that kind of riding but it DOES NOT matter how you try to spin it it's still STUPID!
