Rally list

Hi All,

Bringing my Bonne to Chch (from Melbourne) for the Summer months and am wondering if anyone knows of a list of bike Rallies being held between November and the end of April.

I'll be at the first 3 NZ Road Race series meetings - Ruapuna, Levels & Teretonga and probably the March Hare Rally, but I'm curious about other S.I. and N.I. events.

Hi Dave, this is the website you need, it has most of the info on most of the rallys. Otherwise make sure you check under the rides and events are on KB cos thats where info is often posted. the nelson rally is excellant (first weekend on nov), magpie madness is pretty good as well. Hokitika (Woodstock) rally in jan is a pretty good event as well. Racing: theres street racing at Greymouth this weekend, too soon for you I guess and nelson street race is on the 2nd jan...

what will you be at the race meetings for? racing or spectating?

Dave, the Cliffhanger hillclimb timed road event in Carterton, Wairarapa is held on the third weekend of March each year and there will be an incorporated 'camp over' combined with the KB Rapa Rumble.

The Vincent Rally run by BRONZ near Alexandra is another one not to be missed, it's early February, nice site beside a river, very laid back...

Another good one to attend if you are still here are Off the Rails, and the the Beaumont wasn't to bad
