hey, did you get them fuses sorted with those indicators?
do you still want to put some pre-load into the front end?

Nice job.
Just make sure you've still got a red reflector on the tail, or it'll fail the WOF. It might anyway, for not having an effective rear mudguard. Plus you're going to get a lot of water and road spooge spraying up your back if you ride in the wet. :Oops:

He was already getting a wet back when it rained... and the reflector will go on when it goes for it's next WOF (which is a long way away...)

I still remember we did the gravel run section between Kawhia and Raglan in the rain once, and when we stopped, I saw mud going from the bottom of my numberplate all the way up, covering the rear cowel, all the way up my jacket, and halfway up my helmet :p

You can get away with cutting an already small reflector in 1/2 if need be

I was going to buy an old piece of mudguard from a bike wrecker, to add to the Firestorm's rear, as too much water sprayed up. The catalyst was a wet ride to Tauranga (see Machiavelli's thread) when the vifferbabe got very wet pants, yet I was dry. It turned out that spray from the rear tire was hitting the underside of the pack on the packrack, and running down the seat, where the vifferbabe's leathers were sucking it up! :doh:

But as it turned out, I didn't need to fix the mudguard, as the vifferbabe talked me into buying the VFR the next weekend! :niceone:

Wow, that's a cool little reflector... I think Sidewinder might be keen for that idea

yup got it all sussed out. put some lower watt blubs in and its fine. the other blubs were drawing to many watts.

yup jsut got to get some new fork oil and some spacers
