Hi Just wondering if anyone knows what the best freeware to convert my music DVD's into somting that Itunes will recognise so that I can load them onto my Ipod

Try mmconvert

Then try Nero and apply a crack to it (just don't do any webby updates to it or it'll break the crack...ooer)

Or you could just buy a Neuros OSD and have it done on the fly.

its is free and is mainly for converting dvd's to ipod/cellphone use, but it does most hings well

i currently have the movie 300 on my v3x :P

what program can i use to convert div x files to be able to burn onto dvd so it can be played in a dvd player hooked into tv. not sure how to say it any differently.
i got given a few movies onto my com but want to burn them to dvd so i can play them on the tv

I just play my divx movies on my TV from my PC. A nice long s-video and optical cable hooked up to the AV amp.

What AV outputs does you PC have? and how many meters between the PC and amp?

dont know what im lookin at so will take a pic after and put it up.
theres a round hole for something out of the box where the monitor hooks in and another thing with heaps of square holes.
it about 5 or 6 meters from tv

You can use TMPGEnc to change to MPG format that most DVD players will recognize or use VSO DivxToDVD to unbundle the DIVX then burn to DVD with Nero or the like

Honestly, I've got nero 7.9.6.something and it just seems to do EVERYTHING. I've been so impressed with it I'm probably gonna buy it (you don't hear that much from this Scotsman).
