Style: Sports
Make: Honda
Model: CBR R
Engine size: 250cc
Kilometres: 87,000km
Year: 1987
CBR RR 250
Great little sports bike for the learner and experienced alike. :apint:
She is in good condition fairings etc but with a graze on the right side casing *see photo* the story I got from the previous owner was it was his brother that dropped it.. :spanking: But never mind as it is only a minor blemish to this otherwise great bike!
I had it serviced 6 months ago when I first brought it and again just recently and had the chain and back sprocket replaced. Tyres are still in good nick too
Riding position on this model is more up right than the standard sports bike so it gives the comfort for the longer rides but does not take away the sports bike feel when wanting to go slightly above the speed limit ;)
She has enough go to keep you hanging on if you take it over Paekakariki Hills racing ya mate who's on a 750cc :chase: changing at 16k - 18k revs to commuting and putting along in the traffic at 6k - 10k revs :scooter:
I commuted from Paraparaumu to Welly for the last 6 months (even on the cold days during winter :) and my baby has not let me down.
Selling as need a more family friendly vehicle and its hard to strap 2 kids to the back pegs and the missus riding pillion while on a motorbike learners :)
Asking price $3500 ono
