Yes, this issue needs to be brought to more general attention.

Boycott all shops run by drunk drivers, I say!

OK, I've been to Bayride and checked out the women's shirts. Sorry guys, I couldn't see the guy's ones because they were still packed up in a box. The female shirts are bloody nice, good quality fabric (kind of stretchy and feels smooth) and they're only $30 each.

The guys at Bayride also showed me the sew on patch (a felt texture) and the pin on badges. The patch is $15 and the badge is $10. Correct me if they've given me wrong information The Guzzi Widow!

Like I said earlier, if anyone wants one I'm happy to buy on your behalf and post to you. Postage is $3.50 for a shirt because they won't fit in a standard envelope.

Thanks heaps for that - really good of you to do this and it is definately better when you can see the product  I will take one of each please (one t/shirt, one sew on patch for my bike jacket, and a badge). Please advise sizing of t/shirts (ie 10, 12, 14 etc or sml, med, lge) and PM me bank details .....?? :2thumbsup

EDIT: Sorry - please disregard sizing question as I have just reread the initial post with all the details I need in this regard.

I didn't try on the shirt but have worn this brand before. From what I can remember they're pretty normal sizes, i.e. not overly hugging or generous.

If anyone wants me to buy something and post it to them, please PM me your order, postal address and make a payment into my bank account (I'll PM it to you when you order).

Thanks Motogirl!!!
I cant believe those boys at Bayride havent ironed my tees!!! ( I took them in folded up) I might take my iron down there tomorrow!! Haha
Hey thanks for taking photos Motogirl, really appreciate it, one less job for me to do, if I had more time Id sell out of my website but with 2 shorties (kidlets), times a little squashed up.
Thanks again Hun

PS
Yes the girls Tees are a great fit (Stretchy) and the V neck looks good on all ladies - I believe (I have quite a few of my own, then of course I would but I really do like em).
The Guys Tees are the Cotton force brand - Heavy Duty.
Please dont wash in HOT water by the way, eventually I'll get "care" labels sewn in with the NZ.BADD Logo
If I can get sales cranked I'll look into more stuff - Beanies/Hats/Caps/Long sleeved Tees..etc.
Thanks for helping and thanks for your support:2thumbsup

As well as the tee-shirts, is there a beer cooler or a hip flask?

Genestho
31st October 2007, 18:33
lol, I'll probably leave the Booze companies in control of those ideas.
I dont really see the irony of my hubbys and his mates deaths on hipflasks or beercoolers.. Thanks (i think?) tho

Genestho

Altho Im sittin here thinking..I get it, and it may be a idea to get people to remember not to drink over their limit and drive (or ride), but at the end of the day, Im not into it. It would feel wrong.

what about a pic of a wrecked bike and 'this is what a drunk driver did to this bike, do you want to do this to sombody?'

Genestho

GP Honda is now also a stockist of NZBADD Merchandise, Unit 1/19 Macdonald Street - The Mount.
I'll add logo plus link to my website once its emailed over.

Mcduck5n - once I get the trailer bought up here with the Guzzi's Mounted I recon people will see the mess for themselves and the message will get through.
I dont know how it couldnt.
It makes most people who've seen the wreckage go white and cry and/or vomit.

Maybe eventually I could have that image on things, I dont know if I can do that yet.
It'll be enough for me to have to look at those Guzzis over the next year, its true Im probably more desensitized because of what Im doing already, but the reality of it all doesnt lessen one bit.

Nice signature line by the way :niceone:

Thanks to the girls a couple of posts up and again will be great to get the Tees seen at Wanganui Street Races - cheers for that.
Thanks for everybodies support

Cool. Is the 2xl t-shirt a big 2xl or a small 2xl? I somtimes where 2 or 3 you see, and i would like one (or two :)) Are you going to be doing schools? If so make sure you do the ones in whakatane and opotiki. Good luck :)

Genestho
1st November 2007, 17:12
I think the 2XL is stock standard, this brand seem to be the right fit for whatever size the lads require.

Last batch was tooooooo big in its sizing.
So Ive gone back to the original Brands of Tees.

Yea I think I'll be heading over to Whakatane and Opotiki, WBOP Road Safety are my schedulers they want to be majorly involved in what Im doin and will cover my area.
I think shes a big area...I got a big job on..got a year to do it though and theres no rush, not going to let them burn me out either!!

And Im hoping to get into the Bike show here in Jan - depends on how I can tie everything in. Again theres no rush.
PS i threw couple of sidecar photos on my website, that one of kiwifruit, thats a beauty!

Hi Guys

Just took the next batch round today, if you get stuck for sizing, go to GP Honda or MotoGB, also if your in the Whakatane area, keep an eye out on the Yamaha Dealership there, will post when that deal is confirmed.
Hey MotoGirl, if you get stuck for your mates Tee, send me a pm, I might have her size here if theyre out anywhere else and I can drop it somewhere on my roams.
Im not on KB very often though, but I definately check for pm's daily.
Thanks everybody for your support! It just awesome!!
Leon Si and Toni would be blown that getting their message out this far has been possible and so effective.
Cheers
