I am originally from the naki (New Plymouth) and spent the last 5yrs living in Palmerston North before migrating to Wellington.
I have owned:
1999 Suzuki FXR150 (Green/Black) - Owned 1999 - 2006
1999 Suzuki GSX1300RX Hayabusa (Red/Black) - Owned 2006 - Easter 2007
2002 Suzuki GSX1300R Hayabusa (Red/Silver) - Owned Easter 2007 - Now
Unfortunately at easter I was T-Boned by a lady running a give-way which smashed up my 99 busa (thank god for leathers). Doctors thought I was all good so I have been riding round on my 02 Busa only to discover I have had a broken collarbone for 6mnths, now I am having surgery in November to correct this :)
Have attached some photos of the bikes :) I am pondering selling my 02 Busa to get an MV August F4, but we will see how I go.
Once I am healed from my surgery I will be doing road trips up the coast to Naki if anyone is in need of a riding buddy. Hopefully will be riding up-to the Boxing day races in Wanganui too.
Anyone keen to go for a ride round Welly region drop me a line, as long as it's not too bloody windy.. we all know a Busa is a straight line machine.
