Anyone else entering the Streetstock races at Taupo next week. I'm stepping back down to Streetstock cause it's way cheaper and I'm hoping there's a few from here going to be racing.

*edit* woops it's actually the 18th of november.

Woops... that would have been embarrassing... yeah it's the 18th of November.

I want to see more 250's racing, they are so much fun without the insane danger of supersport or superbike. And way cheaper too. I'll be cross entering into F3 so I'll see if I can do you in that class on your 650 :girlfight:

Was thinking of coming,
but, I ate half a bag of chips after last Taupo round,
and,
apparently, :corn:
I'm not 'Athlete' enough to be out there.

ask your Dad!

What are you on about RR, you better be there... you're always there. And taupo rules, the surface is so grippy.

mynameis, my time around taupo is 1.39.4 (long circuit) on the 600, so I would hope that on such a tight circuit I wouldn't be more than 15 seconds slower on the 250. I'm on another CBR250RR, they rule, after riding the 600's I've realised how quickly and easy it is to tip the 250 over from side to side, extremely nimble, that's how a race bike is supposed to feel.

I feel a bit guilty about going back to streetstock, but I love racing and just want to keep my hand in... If it's a walk over I'll just race F3 and get my arse handed to me.

I recon that 250s will probably start taking over the SS class in the NI soon

Therefore i recon they should be awarded points separatly to the 150s.

I think they are with the PMCC, doesn't mean you can't have a good tussle between the classes, like you can between the streetstocks and the 125GPs... except that the 125's run with F3 and Streetstocks run with PostClassic with the PMCC... still plenty of fun for all to be had... It's a pity they launch the classes at separate times.
