How about a black mufti busa for the boys in blue to play with... that would really screw a few dumb riders over!

I'd almost give up banking and go back to the bacon factory for that.....

pretty easy to outsplit a busa...in reality yes busas are quick.....but modern thous..... they are pretty close....

and busas are wide and bloodey heavy......would you wanna try throw one round to chase somebody....?

and police bikes arnt out there to catch bikes. but they do occasionally , but that is not what they exist for...if it was they would all be on zx10r's and shit.

Maybe a couple of forward facing tazers fitted to the mirrors would be the solution.... :innocent:

Dont need to catch ya,all they need is a recorded speed and a rego number. For my money on an American freeway i would pick the Busa over well pretty much over anything if i wanted to catch someone.

What a larf. Let us know if you find out what it was about. That kind of thing can mess with your head.

Ive since found out that they were an escort type thing to someone important or similar, one of them must know the old lady at end of street and just had some break time and decided to call in for a cuppa or maybe even a donut.

Anyone for Domino's (and not the pizza)?

Came round the corner in to work the other morning and there was a line of about 7 of them parked at the end of Grey St. Not the thing you want to notice as you are going a little quick when trying to bead an orange light :innocent:

Well, the police couldn't justify riding a busa at 200 km/h unless they were actively chasing someone. I think most people would get rather paranoid if they saw a busa travelling at legal speeds... As such, it's not that good a mufti.

BTW: These lucky buggers picked up these bikes from Wellington then cruised down through the South Island via 98TLS territory and then on to Invercargill and back up via Haast and the West Coast.

What a way to earn a living and I bet a few good 'work stories' will come from that trip!

I believe they may have had a close up view of a cycle race (tour of Southland) while on their scenic tour.
