The best advise I can give you is to consider your replacement shock options. While the seal can be replaced, this will not be the finish of it, as the internals of the shock, body tube etc will be so worn as to ensure that any repair will only provide a damper with very mediocre damping at best and only a short time to live before it fails again.
PM me for a price on an Ohlins damper that is fully rebuildable with ALL spare parts available, not to mention the performance increase, custom springing and damping options etc etc.
