Theres a Kawasaki quad based on the KXF450 (I think) that is fuel injected. Theres a Suzuki quad as well that is FI, not sure about other bikes though.

So what are you up to?

Try Toyota Levin 4AGE motor induction. They can be separated into individual units.

The latest yamaha xt660 engines are fuel injected as are the BMW F650 range. You also have scooters such as the Burgman and the Piaggio MP3

With the limitations of factory mapping and that it sounds like your upto something interesting why not chose a bore that will suit you. Get some throttle bodies to suit and have an injection manifold made with a Motech or similar wired in. From there an hour or two on an engine dyno will see ya right.

so.... whats ya workin on?

Next years Suzuki RM-Z450 will be FI.

But that FI Suzuki quad is the LT-R450. It's basically the same engine as next years RM-Z450, but the quad has an electric leg.

Not cheap.

You're shit outta luck mate. FI is really only just starting to get widely used on singles, the most common & one of the first to have FI would be the F650 BMW, but I doubt there'd even be 6 of them sitting at wreckers for ya.

As nadroj says, the intakes off the later model 20V 1600 4A-GE Toyota mill would be the ticket. They're fairly common.

Cheers
