Dammit! Just had another accident! Same situation as the last one too. Just slower and less painful. Had a guy, indicating to turn right and cross my lane just down from a major intersection, get waved through by another driver who was waiting at for the lights at the major intersection to turn green. This idiot driver doesn't look and just takes off through the gap that the friendly waving driver had left him and drove straight into the path of my car! I drive into the side of him at 20km/h after hitting the brakes and sliding for 3 meters.

This is the same as my last accident. Dumbass driver, coming towards me, turns right without looking and I hit him at 100km/h.

The really ironic thing about the latest accident is that the nice lady who lives on the corner and saw the accident and let me use her phone to ring my insurance company is the brother of the guy who caused the last accident!

I'm sitting there looking up phone numbers while going on about my last accident and she says "Was the guys name........?" I said "yes." "Wow what a small world!" she exclaims "Thats my brother!"

I have to go to court this Thursday because her brother pleaded Not Guilty. Not a good look for me. Another accident along the same lines just before this one goes to court!

Neither were my fault. Just have to add that in.

Now the big question is "Who Wants My Luck?"

You need to go on a defensive driving course.

Yep. And transfer to a car forum. This one is for bikers.

Yep. And transfer to a car forum. This one is for bikers.Gareth was a biker but got taken out by a silly old cunt in a car and by the looks of things, cant ride anymore. It's just so not fair when it's not your fault. I've had a bit of the same bad luck lately and can sympathize.:baby:

So were brother and sister both taught to drive by the same person (Mum... or Dad...?).

I'd love to know the driving/accident record of that person (the instructor).

Bummer dude. Take one day at a time

If i'd been on a bike for this latest accident I would have rebroken my arms and that would mean another 4 months off work. My bones are just about finished healing now.
