They're tight and hard. Feel like water balloons. No pliability around the nipple; you can't get a good mouthful to play with. Occasionally they'll have stretch marks if they've been significantly enlarged (all the women here who've breast-fed a baby or two will know what that's like).

They just don't feel like proper breasts any more. It's not nice.

The only time augmented breasts look good on a woman, in my books, is when they're filling out a bra under a blouse, and you can't tell that they don't 'sit' right. It's all downhill from there.

Well, if you can't get a mouthful then I agree... Although, the worst thing that could happen would be a loss of tactile sense around the nipple area I guess.

There are many different procedures for breat enlargement though - some of it manages to look "real". Guess the most important part in achieving that is to not over-do it. And yeah, the stretch marks, you can't really get around them. Even with real ones - if they are large - they'll get them.

Anyway, life's to short for such extreme vanity is my opinion.
