Grab the keys and go practice your monos (duos?). Nothing, and I mean NOTHING wheelies like a Vee Dub powered trike.

I'm impressed WT, it is a 1976 VW 1600 TL motor. Very astute of you to notice.
And as for my ride, I don't know what happened to my R1 engine, or why I have an extra wheel (and a back seat for that matter), but who am I to argue. Technically it's more or less a similar color, it runs and they say they have increased stability, so thats a bonus! Taka's, watch out, here I come :2thumbsup

Good on you Sawyers for taking the steps to ensure that a fellow KB'er never drops his bike again.
The modifications at the owner request are spot on. It's nice when people don't go too over the top....well done. :bleh:

Thanks, you saved me uploading more pics. I returned the loaner, and got just what you pictured. It's almost perfect, I'm just waiting on some more parts to arrive, and have them fitted. All thats outstanding are 4 doors, four seat belts, a winscreen, some air bags and a boot. Whaddya reckon?
I'm having a fight with the LTSA, so as I can "ride" it, after the modifications, without a helmet and gear. I've already got a cd player for it. It's going to be the Trickest R1 this side of the Equator
