A young New Zealand man was killed...following the brutal fight between up to 20 rival Aborigines and Maori who had clashed in a dispute over alcohol earlier in the day.

They were confronted by up to 15 people who came out of the house armed with baseball bats and iron bars. Garden gnomes were also used in the fight.

NZ and Aussie natives fighting over alcohol with garden gnomes as weapons? LOL. What a joke. Makes NZ and all of its inhabitants look like a pack of morons.

I wasn't actually aware there was a Maori/Aborigine gang warfare going on over there. How come we don't have the same problem here? Wait, I don't think I've ever seen an Aborigine here...

I wouldn't care too much if they gathered up troops and "attacked" Aus, don't think they'd get past Aus coast guard. Would they use Wakas do you think?

Yeap I've never seen any anywhere either, my old boss (no joke) once gave me a lecture for humming along to Midnight Oil's "Beds are burning" - which is apparently about giving natives Aussie's back all land. I don't think he liked them too much.

A story he told when he got back from Aus I remember too; went into a bar one night, a fairly large aborigine sitting at the bar, this fellow turns around, lets out this HUGE stream of vomit (while rotating 180 degrees)then turns back round...and continues drinking like nothing happened. In a respectable bar.
