After many years of helping Frosty in the pits and touring the country following the motorcycle racing I have decided to give this racing a go for myself. They say you are never too old to follow your dream.

I have met a lot of really great people and learnt a lot from many that race. Such as the wisdom received from Kicking Zebra who explained to me all about “the crack”. This has helped my riding style and allows me to lean the bike with a lot more confidence. People at the last track day said how smooth my riding was looking. Now Frosty has always said that to go fast you need to slow down and I know I can do that with ease.

I have purchased two bikes in order to run a two bike team. I feel that both bikes will be more than competitive in this series with just a few minor changes. The aim is to compete in Formula 3 and have consistency to achieve the season win.

I am in the process of acquiring sponsors in particular I am looking for supply of
Leather race suit – must make midgets look cool.
Helmet, gloves, boots
Tyres, tyres and more tyres
A van and all the tools required to run a motorcycle race team

I have designed a logo that I feel will give my team the professional appearance required to encourage sponsorship. This will appear on my race suit, all team t-shirts and promotional literature the side of the van etc…

The Team of MadDuck Racing (MDR)

Don't worry. With a name like ninja boy, riding a gixxer, he's confused enough wondering which hand to pick his nose with. Let alone thinking a GN is an SV.

Just a little update -Ive had a good look at MDR1 and MDR2 (madduck racing 1 and 2)
On order is the race cams from the states
The steering head angle is WAAY too lazy on the bike so some carefully positioned banging has steepened the angle of the front end.
RGV250 USD forks were measured up but weight conciderations decided the fitting of MB50 forks
We have been in touch with black power (sister company to white power) and they are supplying a complete single sided swingarm shock setup -they tell us it will work better than any oohlands equiped bike.
a minor concideration is how we stop the wheel sliding off the axle wit this conversion
Anyhow after a lot of blood sweat and tears MR1 now looks like the picture below-if you drink lots of beer and are very tired

if you drink lots of beer and are very tired

I also will now be requiring a step ladder in order to get onto the bike. Similar to what Pedrosa would need

Now, Being a Dolly Boy, does that include the wearing of spandex in any shape or form? and does the job require the holding of beatifully coloured Race trim umbrella's? and is there a chance that this Dolly Boy will appear on TV at any stage, on his 'away nights' will he be allowed to wear his work gear out on the town?...if the answer is Yes to the above questions..then im IN!!!:wari:
