Cagiva have admitted that "by Law" they have had to restrict the new Mito 125s to 11kw - 15hp!! Hav a read of the official Cagiva file on the new Mito. No wonder is looks so "sad and floppy eared"

but doesnt everyone who has one of these rip the motor out and staple in a CRF450 or something (or as Performance bikes are doing) a CR500?

you can bet it will be an easy fix to derestrict, a wire snip here or there or new jets, or even whacking on the old computer from the previous model... :)

The Mito 500 is still happening apparently, I'm looking forward to the rumoured Mito 650 version using the engine from the Hyosung GT650.

And love the Performance bike project with the Mito X CR500 = a bloody 500 GP bike!
