I was at the train station just a while ago waiting for a train home. I was rolling a ciggie when a group of young'uns bailed me up in a corner and tried to take my packet of me, they tried threatening me and said they were gonna "give me the bash"..... I was feeling a liitle pissed off as there were at least 8-10 of the bastards! Luckily one of them recognised me from a foster home that we both lived in in Rotovegas where I used to sneakily give her ciggies and she convinced them to leave me alone. Fucken lucky I say as I was pretty pissed and probably couldnt have defended myself! I think that I may believe in karma, or summat!.....

Yep, unfortunately people are scared of confrontation. I would go to the Police however one of the flats in my block of flats were broken into while the occupant was sleeping. They stole shit then proceeded to write profanities on Malcolms bike and another car and the cops did diddly squat. They will have no suspects and probably cannnot do anything about this incident either. I was lucky and they were lucky that I am not a ninja!

Your lucky your not in hospital or worse, give the cops a call, I would hate to get up in the morning & read that there had been a fatal stabbing done by those arseholes & you could have stopped it by making a simple phonecall.

You should definitely report it, despite what some here have said, the Police take a dim view of this sort of thing and may well do something.

Marty's post demonstrates how understaffed and stretched they are, so have some sympathy for their difficulties, but I'd still hammer away at them.

Yep, you guy's are prob right but its been too long now and I just havent got the time to get to the Popo station. I start work at 7.30 and leave any time between 5.30 and 8 by then the station is closed and if I wish to make a complaint or whatever I have to go to the Station, I work down the other end of town. I think its time to buy a gun, might be the only way to really feel safe and imagine the respect i'd get from my team @ work!
