Just my luck, have been thinking seriously about trying racing lately,so this morning I shoot up to Taupo from Napier (arse of a road on sportsbike)to watch the PMCC races, get to the track thinking "I hate touring!",watch sum of the races and think "yeah this is me".Decide to tootle off home, very controlled doing 125k's all down the plains then get passed by a guy on a Rocket and watch him disappear. Then come the twisty bits, yay, same speed and not long into them catch up with cruiser and pass on a passing lane, well F**K me if no more than 2 minutes up the road red and blue flashing lights and out of the bushes a SNAKE appears...........yes there are snakes in NZ,big blue ones.
Pull over and watch the cruiser sedately go by(lucky sod),....131kph Sir! Quiet'n it down for the rest of your trip plz sir!
I know I was in the wrong but SHEEEYYTE!! There goes a brand new tyre I'm think'n.
My conclusion of the day out was the same as when I left....."Buggar this road riding,I'm going to have a go at racing!!!!!!!" :buggerd:

Ive got 36 more demerit points than that...

sometimes you get lucky, sometimes you get fucked in the arse. All part of the fun in riding a sports bike on the road.

Fark that for an attitude

you hate touring?

but you'd be prepared to sit in cage and drag a bike around on a trailer?

Me, I like riding, and I'd be off with that Trumpet you was talking about :) ...
