This is about two GN250's that I spotted on the nor-western motorway heading west this evening at 8.10 to 8.15pm.
First one is black with a Givi topbox on the back of it.
PLEASE check your back/tail light as it isn't working.
You were wearing black gear and no lights and it is just starting to get dark.... the punters in theirs cars will find it hard to see you.
You were riding good out there zapping along at 100kph.... well done.
The second GN250 is RED.
The rider was carrying a biggish bag over their shoulder.
This rider is a learner and still learning and a tad nervous when going around the curves on the motorway.
What concerned me about this rider is that they were riding at 80kph in the middle lane and traffic was going flat-tack. The cars would come flying up and race around the rider and bike and swerve back in front of them.
Please if you are reading this, ride on the left lane to be safe until you feel that you can travel at 100kph.
I got in behind you to protect your arse from the cars.... and I could tell that the other car drivers were even peeved off at me for going 80kph.
This wasn't at peak traffic..... so you need to get the speed up a tad or stick to the left lane.
What I have found is that when someone travels at 80kph and another person is driving at 100kph+ you come up upon the rider real fast....
If anyone on KB happens to know them, please pass on this info to them.
Yep I was in a car tonight as I had to pick something up, that I couldn't put on the back of my bike.
Mods: If this is in the wrong forum please feel free to move it.
But I dont think it should go into the other GN250 thread, as the riders, if they are on KB may miss this. Cheers.
